healthy style- a new group and weekly feature

good day friends. i would like to thank Mollie from Ok in UK for recommending a get fit series here at FTLOB. i personally have needed to get in shape and get my butt in gear and i think this would be a wonderful support group right here!

in order for us to be successful at reaching our goals, i think a group and a weekly feature will give us the encouragement we all need. without support, we will most likely struggle. i've gone through my fair share of fluctuations and it's not fun.

the group will be up asap, where we can start discussing what everyone is doing as far as workouts, meal plans etc...

the weekly feature will be held on every Tues, right after Tasty Tuesday. I think it's a good idea to share a meal that we ate on Tasty Tues and then get right into the Fitness- or Do You think we should Incorporate these two Linkies and somehow make it a huge hop of what we did in general for our goals? Thoughts are appreciated! it could be both our meals and workouts.

we will get a button going and you can jump right in on the group! thanks again Mollie- can't wait to get encouraged!
