Let's Get Er' Fit!
Good day pretty people! How are those workouts going and have we been behaving ourselves. I'm currently taking B-Vitamins and have been feeling loads better. I also have more energy and drive. Today's question--do you take any supplements or daily vitamins? Let us know what works for you. I also owned a Nutrition Center in NY before we moved to FL and I learned a lot about Nutritional Supplements. I've enjoyed the Vanilla Muscle Milks and the pure protein bars as well as some fat burners but i must admit---i hate taking pills. Link up and share your journey.
