Good day friends! Are we ready to jump into shape after our memorial day weekend filled with good food, friends and family. I hope you at least got a walk or a run in there somewhere. We stayed far away from Hot Dogs and Hamburgs. We enjoyed pasta salad and ham sandwiches. I find that making our own subs/sandwiches is a great way to get on track because we make them light and healthy, which means no extra pounds added on. I also feel light and not so full after a delicious sub. I keep mine light with minimal condiments.
